Terrible, they wouldn't accept my insurance and told me on the phone it would be between 350 and $750 for initial visit. I had to pay BEFORE I even met the doctor! $550 for nothing. She would not renew my prescription from my previous doctors in Atlanta and Dalls without a cardiogram and records. I spent $550 for absolutely nothing other than a prescription for VRAYLAR a designer drug that decorated her office with plaquards, desk pop ups and brochures. Obviously she is pushing this drug for a reason as her office looked like a marketing center for VRAYLAR. Im so pissed I cant even remember her name, a African American woman I believe her name was Trinese Hardy.....she also told me that I would have to pay every 30 days for visits as for scrips as she doesn't write 90 day supplies which would cost be $350 each visit! (BECAUSE SHE CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS AND NEEDS TO SEE THEM EVERY 30 DAYS! I have never seen this practice in my 55 years. It's a total CASH COW FOR LIFESTANCE) I cant afford this, it's a total scam and she couldn't care less. I tried to get the VRAYLAR filled, my Ambetter insurance wouldn't cover it just like Lifestance wouldn't take Ambetter. The cost of Vraylar? $1000 for 30 tabs!!! This is the ONLY drug she pushed as an anti anxiety and anti depression perscription, she didn't ask me any questions as to why I had mental issues at all. Such as, why I had issues flying, with large crowds, what was leading to my depression etc. She was just hell bent on me taking VRAYLAR, no doubt for the perks. Just a pill pusher for a designer drug. Imagine having to go get a cardiogram for a drug I have been taking for years then going back and paying for her to review the cardiogram and pay her to write out the prescription. Then having to visit and PAY every month just to get the same prescription filled. The office smelled of mold and was dark. STAY AWAY FROM LIFESTANCE. Remember you have to pay online with credit card IN ADVANCE an arbitrary amount, in my case $550 cash out of pocket before anyone even met me, much less the doctor. How the hell do they decide who is paying what amount??? Total SCAM.

I was billed for additional services l for an entire year. Each of my monthly medication management visits had an additional code for 16-37 minutes of therapy tacked on. Following my intake visit, I never spent 16 or more minutes interacting with the prescriber. Once I caught on, I timed my last visit. It was 2 minutes, 3 seconds. I was billed for E&M and 16-37 minutes of therapy. When I attempted to address this with Lifestance billing and the provider, they did not respond.
