Providers respond quickly. My previous provider left the practice and I was immediately notified and they urgently helped me find someone new.

I had a positive experience during my initial virtual session with Lisa—she was kind and helpful. However, the ongoing issues with the patient portal have ultimately led me to discontinue services. My follow-up appointment, scheduled three weeks out (the earliest available), was mistakenly canceled by the provider. When I attempted to respond through the portal to clarify the situation, I encountered system errors and couldn’t send a message. A week before the original appointment, I submitted a new message explaining the issue but never received a response. After calling the office, I was told my message had been seen but not addressed. With the continued technical issues, lack of communication, and long wait times for appointments, I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere. Scheduling and communication shouldn’t be this difficult, especially when it comes to mental health support.
