Horrible, Louisiana office tried to book me in Evanston, 1 hour from where I live. Then got transferred to Oswego office asked for Darien or Lisle, Gurnee answered, waited on hold, disconnected then another person didn't listen to my needs for the type of therapist and tried to book me with someone that specializes in trauma, ADHD, etc when I needed family counseling.
