My experience with psychiatrist Enrique Murillo has been outstanding; his treatment has truly changed my life. If my review were based only on him, I would give ten stars. However, I have not had a good experience with the psychologists at Lifestance, as I believe their sessions lack a clear therapeutic structure. Additionally, the new $100 cancellation fee for not rescheduling two days in advance is excessive, especially since most places only require 24 hours. For these reasons, I will continue my care with Dr. Murillo but seek psychological therapy elsewhere.

I love my therapist! I see Justine virtually, and she’s been such a blessing to me in the last 9 months or so. Booking or rescheduling appointments is easy, they automatically bill my card, everything is convenient and patient-centered. Sometimes the virtual appointment platform can be buggy, but my overall experience with this therapist and company has been a positive one.
