The check in process within the patient portal at Lifestance is repetitive, long, and you are required to use it every time you have an appointment. You can absolutely tell this place is corporate. The billing department is a nightmare to deal with if you can get through. What they have in their system never matches the bill they email you. It’s extremely difficult to even reach billing and I usually get hung up on after about 45 minutes of being on hold, so it’s best to choose the option where they call you back instead. As far as the therapists go, I tried two of them, but was not satisfied with my experience. My sessions were going nowhere and there was way too much time waisted with repetitive dialogue. I usually found myself feeling anxious or frustrated after my session. I’ve chosen to terminate my relationship with this business and have since found a great therapist elsewhere. I look forward to going to therapy now and have seen growth & change in myself. Listen to the reviews, I do not recommend this business.

Don't care for this Medical Practice. I couldn't get a hold of people. I couldn't get in their computer system for appointments and very hard to reach people to ask questions and get some help. I never had a complete appointment with the doctor. I'm very dissatisfied and would never recommend them to anybody to call for help. Thank you good day!

I was involuntarily discharged for "inappropriate behavior" because I was there for ADHD and they wanted to Diagnose me with PTSD, based on my improperly answering the questionnaire. Diana Wells barely saw me and went solely off of paperwork that i improperly filled out. She stated that the DSM V wasn't wrong. When I addressed that these answers didn't accurately describe my current state, and that DSM criteria was once used to attack social and political dissidents like homosexuals, women, and black people in the civil rights era to explain my distrust of it. (Inappropriate behavior)I was kicked out of the office and not informed of my discharge for several days. I have the right to question the doctor. I have the right to redress issues I find in my treatment. Instead of acknowledgement, I was met with intolerance and egoism. They still have my money on deposit and couldn't be forward about why I had to pay upfront in the first place. Given i have badass insurance Don't use this establishment. They are the wal mart of psychiatry clinics and many of the reviews aren't legit.
