This is the best way to see your doctor! I was beyond happy with my appointment it was easy fast and the doctor was very friendly. The setup does ask you some questions but after that it completed you can sit at your home and talk with your doctor easy and fast. Love this!

This place has treated my husband horribly during a time he needed immediate help and advice. A few NPs & MD couldn’t even answer a simple yes/no answer on medication advice. If you’re looking for providers you can trust will be there for you, look elsewhere.

I saw Connie Shyu for a few years, and she was great to work with and supported me with my depression and anxiety. That is the only reason I am giving a two star instead of a one star rating. I am severely disappointed with the practitioner that covered for Connie when she was out. This was a regular check-up that lasted maybe 10-15 minutes via telehealth, and yet this provider billed an additional CPT code for psychotherapy. This is fraudulent, and the lack of response or seeming interest in either the billing office or the practice office speaks to the level of integrity in the practice. Unfortunately, there are too many practices out there now that encourage providers to add on CPT codes to receive higher reimbursements/revenue. Additionally, the quality of documentation was extremely poor. After many years with Connie, I will no longer seek services with her because I cannot support a practice that lacks integrity.
