I had nice experiences at Lighting Originals, I found the chandelier I was looking for with a discounted price. I ordered it on Sunday, and I picked up the chandelier on the following Friday. The store has just moved to 1500 Bayview Ave, the store should have great potential if they can re-do their showroom. Highly recommended for their unbeatable price!

Outstanding experience! Product arrived carefully wrapped and looked as described online. Beautiful quality, easy installation and usage instructions. Works like a dream. Best of all, the customer service rep, Kate, went above the call of duty in terms of keeping me posted of delivery date. We've now ordered four more of these outside lights. Next time, they'll be the first people I contact for my lighting needs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I never should have ordered from Lighting Originals. It's been four months and I still don't have my item. The website said that the product would ship in 3-7 days. The item is still on their website and is listed as an "in-stock" item. They are lying because they should have shipped it to me if it was available. They don't respond to emails. They rarely answer their phone and when they do, they can't give updates about your order so they promise to call you back with answers but don't. They have a store in Toronto so I assumed they were legitimate, but my gut tells me that I've been scammed. They won't give me back my money, nor do I think they'll ever send my product. On top of that, they entice customers with fake sales. The sale that was on when I purchased was supposed to end that day but the price never changed and it is four months later. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
