**5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Care** I’ve been to an other location the past 6 months and similar establishments for years, but the level of care and attention I received today was truly extraordinary. (Dallas location) Tiffany, the nurse injector, was not only skilled and professional in administering my Botox treatment, but also took the time to listen to my concerns and thoughtfully address other issues I had been unsure about. She made me feel completely at ease, and her expertise showed in every step of the process. I am a RN with a Masters Degree so from one medical professional to another I can say she was phenomenal. Claire, my aesthetician, was kind, welcoming, and created a relaxing experience. She made me feel cared for and comfortable throughout my visit. She supported and educated me regarding skin issues and my concerns. What really stood out today was the incredible customer service. I’ve been confused about my membership benefits for over six months — halfway through my contract — and no one had clearly explained it to me until now. (Yes, I have asked) Haleigh went above and beyond. She heard me asking and carved out time from her busy schedule to sit with me, walk me through the details, and ensure I fully understood all of the services and how everything worked. That kind of personalized attention is rare and deeply appreciated. (Now, I recommend that everyone get the highest level membership-it’s a wonderful deal) This team turned what could have been just another appointment into a genuinely impressive and reassuring experience. I left feeling confident, informed, and valued as a client. I hope they get to know how much I appreciate them. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

Alisha is the absolute best! I have wanted to get my lips done for years but was always to scared. I was worried I would look ducky or unnatural, but she listened to all my concerns and nailed the look I was going for! I wanted them to look natural and didn’t want people to look at me and thought I got them done. She is also super respectful and will not push filler on you. There have even been times when I thought I wanted to get them done again, but she was so happy with the look and wanted me to wait. I absolutely trust her, and I will not let anyone else touch my face for injections but her. Very appreciative of her and highly recommend her to anyone!

Jenn at their Dallas location on Blackburn is the GOAT! I’ve been going to her for my face, specifically facial balancing, for at least 6 now and I can truly say my face is aging in reverse! She’s incredible at what she does and her attention to detail cannot be understated. Another thing I love about Jenn is she runs her appointments, I’m not going in to see her and having to tell her what to do with my face. Does she take the time to listen to my concerns? 100%. But she is excellent at what she does and knows what works and what doesn’t and she’s going to guide you to make the best investment in your face or body to achieve the realistic results you’re after, which I know is why my face looks as amazing as it does. Jenn is worth saving your $$$$ for, I would not go to anyone else and entrust them with my face or body.
