I'm new in town and was able to get an appointment in just one day to possible extract my molar. I didn't need to wait more than 5 minutes before I started my appointment. Everything was very professional. The dentist explained all my options for treatment and we decided to do the extraction. Totally painless. Wow. Then he explained everything I needed to do and not do after extractions. I know who my dentist will be from now on.

Dottie is amazing! The way she cleaned my teeth was very thorough and gentle, I enjoyed the conversation I had with her and her positive attitude towards providing great care. She really is a gem at Lincoln Dental. After 2 back to back pregnancies I didn’t feel shamed for not visiting sooner, they treat you like family and I love that. My husband also really loves Lincoln Dental.

My husband and I both called Metlife Dental Insurance regarding the charge of $76.83 for deductible. Metlife told us that 1 cleaning and 1 full mouth xray is.covered 100% .However, since the hygenist proceeded to conduct the xrays in sections not full mouth I paid $76.83...After I got off of the telephone with MetLife I called your office to make arrangements to receive a refund. Kelly answered the phone I explained to her that I should not have paid for the xrays she rather quickly stated that is only for fullmouth xrays and you ahould have stopped her! I told her I would take care of this myself. I used a credit card to pay for the xrays!!! I will dispute this charge because its obvious to me as the hygenist knew from the get go that she was being dishonest about her actions with the xrays!!! I will not be taken for a ride at the dental office!!!
