teresa stueckMy husband and I both called Metlife Dental Insurance regarding the charge of $76.83 for deductible. Metlife told us that 1 cleaning and 1 full mouth xray is.covered 100% .However, since the hygenist proceeded to conduct the xrays in sections not full mouth I paid $76.83...After I got off of the telephone with MetLife I called your office to make arrangements to receive a refund. Kelly answered the phone I explained to her that I should not have paid for the xrays she rather quickly stated that is only for fullmouth xrays and you ahould have stopped her! I told her I would take care of this myself. I used a credit card to pay for the xrays!!! I will dispute this charge because its obvious to me as the hygenist knew from the get go that she was being dishonest about her actions with the xrays!!! I will not be taken for a ride at the dental office!!!
