I’ve been going to Annie for my nails for over 4 years while I was in school, and even now that I’ve moved to Toronto, I still make the trip back to Hamilton just to see her. The quality of her work, the attention to detail, and the care she puts into every set is unmatched. Annie always makes sure my nails look perfect and last, and she’s so welcoming and professional every single time. I’ve tried other places closer to home, but no one compares, she’s the only person I truly trust with my nails. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing service and long-lasting results!

I would like to start off by saying that I have been to the salon multiple times before and I have not had any issues. Today I went in to get acrylic nails with extensions, almond shape. Firstly two of my extensions were put on crooked And when I pointed that out the tech said that she would fix it, evidently she could not and so I just dealt with it, and then during the process she started to peel acrylic off my skin? Not even one or two pieces but almost every single finger had acrylic around my nail and then she tried to take the nail filer and file on my skin but realized it wasn’t working and it was obviously painful so she decided to take the cuticle remover and then remove the pieces of acrylic and in the process has just wrecked my skin around my nails. I said it multiple times throughout the process and I asked her why there was so much acrylic dried on my skin and she just giggled and said I will fix it. Another person who worked there finally got involved and I told her the situation and she spoke to the tech and they tried to say she was just trying to take my cuticles off but evidently it was just part of the skin on my finger?? I would not go back, I was upset and angry and they did offer to waive the payment on my service which is great but how is that going to heal my skin? I would have happily dealt with the crooked extensions considering I don’t need these nails on for a long time but the fact that she is ripping off my skin because she accidentally got acrylic everywhere it’s something I cannot deal with. Will not go back.

I’ve been going to Annie’s for years now. I always get dipping powder with shellac and have never been disappointed. Annie is my go to nail tech as she does amazing nail art. I usually go in with a reference photo and Annie always executes! Always a pleasure to come in :)
