Gabriola JackAs their inventory is very good we always find something to buy even if we entered the store with nothing in mind. The sales staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. This is a busy store so occasionally be prepared for a short wait at the cash as they wrap and bag your purchases with cautionary attention especially with "delicate breakables". Oh, I forgot one thing, bring your credit card as you will not leave empty handed.
Mary LouNeeded help with drapes, I got some assistance but her present and patients was not there. She was so rude and short with me when I had a question. Then she stumbled to another staff and told her to go help me. Because in her words she said “ that she doesn’t have the capacity to help” The Second Lady who helped me was amazing. She pointed to some suggestions about drapes leaving with two beautiful drapes I absolutely love! She walked me up to cash, thanking her for her assistances while she rang me in. I asked her what was the First Lady name who helped me, she told me it was her manager, I just couldn’t believe she is the manager to the store her rudeness and unkindness is disgusting! I told the lady I hope she does not treat you guys like that, she told she was in pain due to her arm. I understand that but it’s no way to act and talk like that!
Samantha SchusterEach of the staff is lovely. At least three people asked if I needed help when looking at the duvets. One woman was even in her way out to lunch but she checked in w me. And the duvet is great plus it was on sale - a treat at this time of year
Yvonne MooreOn Thursday Nov. 6, I was in London and decided to check out bath mats at Linen Chest as I always get my Swiss Dot sheets from there. They did not have a big selection of bath mats so I wanted to check out their comforters and ended up looking at duvets - I have never owned one so I knew nothing about them. Ryan came over to us to see if we had any questions about the duvets. I told Ryan I knew nothing about them but was thinking of getting one so Ryan spent the next half hour explaining the difference between them and asked what was important to me so I told him I wanted one that is cool in summer and warm in winter so we decided on European White Goose Down. I have had it for a few days now and I love it. I fall asleep quickly and it is fluffy and warm and the good news is ...it was on sale big time ! Ryan also explained the duvet covers and how to care for them and the duvet so a shout out to Ryan for his patience but mostly his expertise as I would not have purchased the duvet & cover without his help.
