This place is ok. Excellent cleanliness, all products neatly presented and priced. Aisles kept clear and are closed when operating a forklift. Things are not that cheap for wholesale standard. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Free parking outside & free tea to their customers.

The tills were painfully slow, with long lines that seemed to drag on forever due to inefficient checkout processes. The staff were not only unhelpful but also outright rude, showing no interest in assisting customers or speeding things up. It felt like the workers were moving in slow motion, with little regard for customers waiting. This place needs a serious overhaul in customer service and operational efficiency. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Be careful there offer price is same as normal price it’s bit tricky and there staff is so rude and very slow they calling each other for check the trolly and no body wants to do work they looking each other and talking . I will never go this cash carry again

Wrenbury village

This place useeeed to do a great customer service unfortunately not anymore. Used to have some nice person in front desk to welcome but not anymore. When we ask for some things which we can’t find they used to walk all the way up and show the product's now they don’t even respond . Very hard to do returns. Always find excuses to say no for returns.
