The team at BTE are great, they squeezed me in last minute for a diagnosis on my Jaguar XF as I was having gearbox issues, jumpy shifting and missing of gears. The mechanics took the time to flash the new firmware through the system as the previous owner had recently had a gearbox service elsewhere. This did not fix the issue but they then took the time to look into any issues that may be present with my gearbox number. After a couple of days I returned with my Jag and got a gearbox service carried out by BTE. After picking up my car it had been transformed and drove perfectly! Finally I had a taste of the performance and refinement I had expected when purchasing. 3 months have gone by now and it hasn’t skipped a beat. I had originally searched for a ZF gearbox specialist and BTE came up trumps, and even though it’s a bit of a journey to get to them I will certainly use them in the future! Many thanks to the team.

If I could award this business 10 stars I would as it is well deserved. Barry, the technicians and the front office team go well over and above the call of duty for their customers. With the recent problems that JLR experienced of obtaining parts for their vehicles BTE Automotive sourced at great lengths to locate and obtain the parts needed for my Range Rover to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I have relied on BTE for the past 20 plus years for my vehicle repairs / services knowingly I will not be 'ripped off' and have never experienced other than excellent customer service. Cannot recommend BTE Automotive more highly for their great customer service - a rare experience these days.

I would strongley recommend BTE Automotive. They had my VW Golf on/off for a few weeks as the car had what turned out be an annoying electical/ECU issue. They stayed with it to the end, there was good communitcation through out and they were determind to find a fix. Its hard to find a garage/business today that actually cares about the customer that also does'nt just fob you off to get rid of you. Thank you everyone at BTE Automtove a great team of people!

I have used BTE for quite a few years now and they never cease to amaze me. They are just brilliant (mechanics and front office)! Their communication is excellent (send video messages of the issues), they are honest, price sensitive, fair (generous in some cases) and do a great job. I can't recommend them highly enough. They have never let me down.
