In style, Lisa is a cross between The Hammer and Mom all rolled in to one: she gets thing done that need to be done, while holding your hand through crises, better, makes the crises disappear. She's good at explaining things, has her own office and ground crew, buts also knows who to call for outside resources. She's always available when needed.
