I have moved over a dozen times, and Little Guy movers are by far, without question, the absolute worst movers I have had the displeasure of working with in my life. We booked them a month out, and provided a detailed inventory of the furniture and boxes that we had. When we called to confirm them coming week of the move, they had booked the wrong date and time for us. They were able to "accommodate us" on the actual day of our move that we had actually booked to begin with, but the crew they sent had already done 4 moves that day and refused to actually load our moving trailer all the way. The solution they offered was to send another crew to finish the job the next day. The result was a terrible job loading, much of the truck not being utilized, movers stepping and stomping on our totes and furniture (multiple footprints and cracks around those footprints), wood furniture placed directly against other wood furniture causing irreparable damage, and not all items fitting due to said terrible loading job. We offered and asked them to use moving blankets and plastic wrap to protect our furniture, and they often flat out refused or said they didn't need to (spoiler alert, they did). We ended up with a pile of unused moving blankets, and wood furniture that was damaged due to not being protected. They did such a bad job, that our movers on the other end of our move kept commenting completely unprompted about how poor of a job the loaders did. Frankly, we were in disbelief regarding how bad they were -- I honestly do not believe I have ever had a worse interaction with a business in my entire life. The movers were unprofessional (constant whining about the company, and the company itself was completely unreliable). I would give negative or zero stars if I could, 1 star is giving them far too much unearned credit.

Needed a big, massive china cabinet moved. Called Little Guys Movers. They showed up when they said they would be there. They were reasonable on the quote I got and they took the utmost care moving my cabinet. There was not a single ding or scratch. If you need someone to move a small amount of furniture, or a whole house full, call Little Guys Movers. The three young men, Dalton, Trey and Jake, were polite and wonderful to work with. If I ever need anything moved, I will use them again.

DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SHOCKED BY THE EXTRA FEES. ASK ABOUT HOW MUCH THE EXTRA FEES ARE BC THEY ARE EXPENSIVE!!!!! They are not transparent about their prices and charge a whole lot of hidden fees AFTER they pack up all your stuff and move you. My estimated charge went from $300 to $800 after they moved my stuff. DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SHOCKED BY THE EXTRA FEES. ASK ABOUT HOW MUCH THE EXTRA FEES ARE BC THEY ARE EXPENSIVE!!!!!
