The lounge bar is nice and has a stylish atmosphere, but it isn’t ideal for large groups wanting to sit together. The staff were unable to set up all the TVs for sports viewing, which was disappointing as we were hoping to watch the Leafs game. While the furniture looks modern and attractive, some of it isn’t very comfortable for longer stays.

I’ve been staying at the Sandman Hotel in Mississauga for the last 3 months for business, and Lobby The Lounge, has been an absolute highlight of my stay. Luis and Liz are outstanding servers/bartenders who always go above and beyond. No matter what time I come in after work, they greet me with a warm welcome, remember my name and drink order, and make me feel at home. They’re incredibly pleasant, easy to chat with, and consistently provide excellent recommendations for food and drinks. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality have made my extended stay so much more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Louis and Liz for creating such a welcoming atmosphere!

Lobby The Lounge on Mathison is amazing! You would think a hotel bar would be mediocre at best however, this place is different! The space is stylish, welcoming, and perfect for any occasion. Huge shoutout to Liz and Lui who makes every visit superb! (I stay here for work often.) Their passion and attention to detail shine through in everything. They provide such amazing service you'd think you're at a 5 star restaurant. Never an empty glass or dirty dishes in front of you, and always making sure you're well taken care of. Food and drinks are reasonably priced, great atmosphere, and even better people. A must-visit!

I stay at the Sandman Signature Mississauga regularly, often weekly, and Lobby The Lounge has become the part of each trip I look forward to the most. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is inviting, but what truly sets this lounge apart are the two people who bring it to life every single day: Louis and Liz. They are not just good at their jobs. They are phenomenal. Louis and Liz have an energy that transforms the entire lounge. They greet you like an old friend, remember even the smallest details, and somehow manage to juggle a full room while still making every guest feel like the most important person there. Their combination of professionalism, personality, and genuine warmth is something you simply do not see often in hotel hospitality. Louis brings a calm confidence and effortless charm that immediately puts you at ease. No matter how busy it gets, he stays cool, attentive, and on top of everything. His recommendations are always spot on and he has an incredible knack for reading the room and knowing exactly what guests need. Liz is equally exceptional. She is upbeat, engaging, and incredibly thoughtful. She brings so much positive energy into the space that it genuinely lifts your entire evening. She remembers preferences, checks in at just the right moments, and always makes sure everything is perfect. Her work ethic and attitude are nothing short of impressive. Together, Louis and Liz create an experience that feels more like a favorite local spot than a hotel lounge. They set the bar unbelievably high, and their dedication is a big reason why I choose to stay at this hotel so often. The food at Lobby The Lounge also deserves praise. The kitchen is consistently excellent, with generous portions and reliably great flavors. Whether you’re in for a full meal or just winding down after a long day, the quality is always there. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming, but it’s Louis and Liz who give it its heart. Their exceptional service and the authentic connections they build with guests take this lounge from good to outstanding. If you’re staying at the Sandman Signature Mississauga, or even if you’re just in the area, Lobby The Lounge is absolutely worth a visit. And if you’re lucky enough to catch Louis and Liz, you’re in for one of the best hospitality experiences you’ll find anywhere.
