Upgrades have been made on the outside and all the groceries you could ask for ,sadly I have to take away a star because of pay to use shopping carts ,I'm disabled and you have to use one entrance to get in and one to get out plus bringing back the shopping cart is a bit much.

Not the friendliest pharmacy I've been to. They loose prescriptions from their system and the lady that seems to run the place needs to find manners. Abrupt, rude, disrespectful and just couldn't care less about you. Save yourself the aggravation and go to another pharmacy. Great supermarket for good values but terrible customer service at that pharmacy.

Rude ... There was a lady there who just should NOT be anywhere close to the public. Not sure what her issues are but she is truly a "Karen". I was being helped by someone else and this "Karen" literally butted into our conversation and started throwing me this abrupt/rude attitude for no reason at all. She seemed to think she had "Dr" in front of her name. She barked out a few things to me, told me to wait over an hour for a script renewal and definitely in need of an attitude adjustment. The pharmacy seems fine enough but because she is there and seems to control most of what goes on there --- my recommendation is go to another pharmacy. It will be worth it for you to avoid "Karen".

Can't say enough about Anthony who one of the pharmacist at No Frills in Shediac N.B. He has given me so much help with regulating my medication. His is acredit to his profession.
