Customer experiences
I have been dealing with local loop since 2013. Absolutely the best team and professionalism. Never had a problem getting work done and in a timely manner. I have dealt with them at work and on my personal computers. They are definitely the go to place for getting your computers fixed.
Lee went above and beyond to repair my accounting program and update/restore my office computer at a reasonable cost. He also came on-site to reset our wireless network and cameras after switching internet providers. All of the employees that I have spoken with were knowledgeable in their field as well as very patient when answering my questions and addressing my concerns.
Super good service and system knowledge. I recommend highly.
My experiences with Localloop have been absolutely dreadful. They handled the wireless network at my apartment for the entirety of my lease period. From the beginning the network had consistent issues ranging from DNS server issues to IP address conflicts to the network being entirely down. They also liked to take 9 day long breaks for holidays like thanksgiving, leaving my roommate and I with no internet. When Localloop did show up to work on the issues, they never actually applied any permanent fixes. It came to a point where I ended up having to manually change DNS settings for each of my devices between Charter's and Google's servers on a weekly basis. Eventually they started to blame me for the issues claiming their settings were fine and it was my devices, even though the issues were consistent across every device we had and other tenants also complained. When I did bring up my problems with their work they were very short and rude. It was very evident that they didn't actually care about our experience. After I voiced all of these concerns originally in my review, one of their employees left a 5 star review to counteract my genuine review. I originally called them out for this, but they removed that review so I removed the employees name from this review. The nail in the coffin for this company in my eyes was when the owner texted me a few weeks after I left my original review. He claimed that they had "solved all of my issue" and they deserved a better review than they were given. Considering I left my apartment still having to apply temporary fixes to issues with their network configuration, this is clearly untrue. All in all, avoid this company at all costs. Any time their name comes up, it comes with a complaint.
