I explained what the laptop was doing and he immediately started a ticket. They were able to fix it in a timely manner and the prices are excellent. Need a nerd is great for providing service for old laptop, formatting, software uploading and repairing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick in providing response and service. It is at walkable distance from college and hotel. It's good that they accept electronics items for recycling. Nice and clean entrance and inside location.
