Worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Within the first 20–60 days of owning the car, multiple issues started popping up. They fixed only the most basic problem, but just two weeks later the radiator began leaking. Around that same time, I mentioned that I had been hearing a popping noise when turning the wheel fully — something that was happening since I first purchased the car. It turned out one rim was cracked and had to be fixed within the first two weeks of ownership. On top of that, I later found out another wheel had black sealant used to temporarily stop a leak, which kept coming back every few days to a week. It took a while just to figure out what the issue even was. I honestly believe they already knew the suspension was going out because they immediately told me they wouldn’t have anything to do with it without even checking, yet they were willing to fix the radiator hose. Out of the 90 days I’ve owned the car, I’ve only been able to drive it about 40–50 days. The rest of the time it’s been sitting — either for a day, several days, or over a week — in the shop. Their response every time was basically, “It’s a used car, you should’ve bought the extra coverage.” That’s it. No help, no accountability. This has by far been my worst experience with a dealership. I really liked the lot at first, and everyone was nice in the beginning. But once I kept coming back week after week with legitimate problems, they started blaming everything on me and offered no solutions. I’m sure they’ll say, “The car has over 80k miles, anything can happen.” Well, all their cars have 80k+ miles, so keep that in mind before purchasing. All they had to do was stand behind what they sold and make things right like the “great dealer” they claim to be. Instead, I was left dealing with constant issues and zero support.
