I had such an amazing experience! It was my first time visiting. Upon entry, the front desk receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The space was so inviting and relaxing. My specialist, Rochelle, was ready for me right away. She explained everything at every moment. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, checking in every now and again to make sure I was okay. I got the Water Me Experience with a facial and a silk press as an add-on. The head spa was amazing! The products she used felt really great on my hair and scalp. Her massage techniques were so soothing, I almost fell asleep. The facial was a really nice touch. She also trimmed my hair prior to my silk press. I love the end result! I can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing experience at Lola Rosa Head Spa! I booked the 60-minute Soothe Me itchy scalp massage with a blow dry finish, and my stylist Alexa S. was absolutely incredible. She was so gentle, knowledgeable, and friendly. The massage included not only my scalp but also my neck and shoulders. It left me feeling completely refreshed. Also, shoutout to the customer service. When I called back to ask about the Labor Day special, they were just as friendly and helpful over the phone. Highly recommend this spa if you're looking for a relaxing, professional, and welcoming experience.
