I had such an amazing experience! It was my first time visiting. Upon entry, the front desk receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The space was so inviting and relaxing. My specialist, Rochelle, was ready for me right away. She explained everything at every moment. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, checking in every now and again to make sure I was okay. I got the Water Me Experience with a facial and a silk press as an add-on. The head spa was amazing! The products she used felt really great on my hair and scalp. Her massage techniques were so soothing, I almost fell asleep. The facial was a really nice touch. She also trimmed my hair prior to my silk press. I love the end result! I can’t wait to come back!
