Lola Rosa Head Spa, LLC - Waldorf

I treated myself to an early Mother’s Day experience at Lola Rosa Head Spa. The experience was very relaxing. During the head massage, I dozed off to sleep for a little bit. The water was a great temperature, hair massage tools used felt amazing, and the scalp camera were all hits for me! I was a little surprised that the hair products used were products that I can buy at the beauty supply store. I initially thought that the products used were going to be handmade and more natural (products with juices and berries). Lastly, when checking out, the tip screen should offer a “custom” option by which customers can customize their tip amount. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I’ve been feeling stressed and having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders due to my brother passing a couple weeks ago. I had an appointment this morning with Mesha for my first spa treatment. Even though she didn’t know my true reason for being there, she welcomed me and made me feel right at home. The session was outstanding and exactly what I needed. Thank you again Mesha and Lola Rosa for the experience. I definitely will be back.

My specialist Sarah was amazing! From the time I called the salon inquiring about appointments to my actual appointment… Lola Rosa’s customer service was top tier! The scalp massage was super relaxing and left my scalp squeaky clean. I had a great head spa treatment and will certainly be adding this to my hair care routine.
