I have never in my 60 plus years been to a salon with such superior customer service. I got a call a week after my first appointment asking how my experience was and how I liked my hair. Unfortunately, the color was not what I expected. Roxanne, one of the owners, called me back and offered to redo it at no charge. I so appreciated her patience and her willingness to work with me. She explained that it may take several visits to achieve my desired goal, given I had many colors going on at once. I understand it will be a process, and she took me a step closer to what I wanted. I left the salon truly impressed and was happier with the outcome. I look forward to going back.

Ever since my hair stylist retired 2 years ago, I’ve been bouncing around trying to find a place that understood my short hair and particular style. Well, I finally found that place in Six East! Roxanne was absolutely incredible and gave me, truly, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The “no gratuity” thing will take a little getting used to for me, but I was just so impressed with the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. Looking forward to my next cut in four weeks!

Googled hair salon today and was able to find this lovely place. The salon itself has tons of character. My hair stylist today was Jaylyn. She was very lovely to work with. She was patient in hearing what type of service I am looking for. She delivered the hairstyle I requested. I am very thankful, I came across the salon today.
