Prices are much better than Shoppers Drug Mart. To the point where I will most likely not go back to Shoppers Drug Mart again lol. Staff is really friendly. I've never had to wait long, and this is a really nice area. I usually walk here with my dog (we make it a whole trip) and head to Kiwanis park after. I love the delivery option (it's great if you don't drive or have a disability..)- And that it's free! Not really much else to say. The rewards part of the service is really confusing and hard for me to gain points but whatever.

I experienced very poor service on the phone at a time, when they are "usually not too busy". Without going into details, I felt totally unvalued as a customer. Thinking about switching to another drugstore. Another sign of the times we are living in?
