The staff was understanding and compassionate, conducting a thorough check-up to address my issue. They provided me with highly effective medication that brought relief from my extreme tooth pain. I went in directly after coming out of carpal tunnel surgery on both wrist. I had been a customer in the past & had enjoyed the service, they had been kind. I don't use pharmacies regularly. This time they were unfriendly, unhelpful & did not appear to want to provide the medication. Only the last person that checked me out was a little nice, I will avoid returning.

Don't use this establishment as a Purolator drop off point. 2/2 times I've used them They have no idea what they're doing. Currently I'm waiting on a refund for 2 echo dots and a vacuum accessory return. They didn't know to put the items in amazon bags, the guy just stuck the label on the packaging. The woman asked "Do I put these in a bag" to the person helping her. They should be decertified as a drop off point. I will NEVER trust they won't lose my stuff. I always use the Canada Post on huron and highbury. They're not incompetent.

This pharmacy is great. Always contacting me before filling a new prescription, giving me information on medications before I start taking them, taking initiative to inform me when I am due to renew my medications. Wonderful ladies. Thank you for always being so helpful. It is greatly appreciated :):)
