I know for a fact that if I'd gone to my dealership instead, it would have taken days to get my car back. I didn't have an appointment but Amin still immediately accepted my car, made sure we were on the same page about which issue we were focusing on, identified the source of the problem, texted me an explanation video, gave me options, repaired my ignition coil and returned my car to me -- all within 3 hours! from my research, he only charged me about $50 for his team's labor. i'm just blown away by the speed and ease and kindness i got from this shop. i know where I'll be going from now on!
