It still hasn't arrived. Not only has the delivery been ridiculously delayed, but this company doesn't even bother to provide any solutions. No communication, no updates, and certainly no attempts to rectify their failure. Do they even care about their customers? At this point, it feels like I've been scammed. I've reached out numerous times, and their complete disregard for my situation is beyond frustrating. What kind of business takes your money and then just disappears? This level of incompetence is shocking. I deeply regret ever placing an order here and would urge anyone reading this to stay far away. They’ll take your money and leave you high and dry. Worst experience ever. Never again.
