I have been going to Lori for years and it has been a consistently positive experience. She is kind, attentive, and warm. She treats my condition really well, and I always feel like a million dollar right after the session. The pain goes away and I feel so relaxed. I always look forward to seeing her (and her mom who sometimes works at the reception)!

Been going to Lori for about 2 years now since moving back into the city. She really knows her craft and is skilled at identifying and treating issues.....in my case it's a bad back and hips (and some days shoulders too!) Over the past 20 yrs I have been to several RMTs. Some were bad, a couple were good or OK, but few were 'excellent'. I always dread trying out a new RMT, but I knew right from my first appointment I had struck gold with Lori. Lori's massages are not about a fluffy day at the spa..... they are treatments.....but that's what I need.

Despite the location, going to see Lori at Rideau Massage Therapy never ceases to wisk you away to a relaxing, calming paradise. All the staff are so welcoming and comforting. The entire establishment is always squeaky clean and all possible sanitary regulations are followed to a T. Not only is the experience wonderful, but whatever New and tried and true techniques Lori is using help your body heal any of the injuries or inflammations you had prior to visiting; results showing up both during and within the next day or so of the massage. Incredibly professional, super kind, wonderful place. If looking for a massage therapist, I highly recommend here! (Reluctantly because she’s already incredibly busy!)

I loved seeing Lori when I was at school. She offered student rates that meant I got the most for my insurance benefits. I had never been exposed to a heated bed before her & on the cold days it was wonderful. I always felt taken care of & better when I left than when I went in!
