Excellent! I attended my first class there today. It's been a long time since I've done yoga and it felt right as rain. I'm so excited to try out their other classes--I scheduled my next one for tomorrow. Kat, the instructor, was easy to follow and I loved the sequence we did today. I'm thrilled to have a studio so close to home. I'm very happy! ☺️

Just passing through Carmichael and decided to go try the yoga on Sunday at the Yoga Annex. It was very gentle, calming, peaceful, and restorative, pretty much all the yummy yoga poses. If you are looking for intensity this is not your class. I practice hot yoga in Sedona which is more intense. So after a long drive taking a gentle class was just the medicine my body needed. I know most yoga studios charge for a mat, this one provides everything you need. So that made going to the class very easy. I didn’t have my mat or blocks or any of my yoga stuff so I really appreciated being able to come in and use their equipment. The studio is also very clean and so is the equipment they provide. At $10 a class this studio provides a incredible service to the community. Becky was the teacher of the gentle yoga class on Sundays . She has a very calming voice perfect if you are trying to relax. This seemed like a class where a lot of regulars attend, so I recommend coming a little earlier than expected to check in. I have to add that I love the fountain in the yoga room it provides this beautiful water sound that is so relaxing. If you are passing by or live near Carmichael I highly recommend this studio. A+

OMG, my first yoga session ever today and I feel amazing. This was an introductory class so it was fairly easy stretches and holds, however by the time this 60 year old guy was done with the 1:15 minute session, I felt like I was floating. Our instructor was Elise and she did a fantastic job of making sure we were in the proper positions and getting the most from our stretches. The atmosphere was great and everyone there was super friendly. I hope I've found a new home in yoga. Oh yes, they also have a meditation center a mile or two away that I plan to visit next!

I love this new annex. Lotus Garden has always been a quality studio with great yoga teachers who cater to a variety of levels. Here, it's true that everyone can do yoga. The vibe in the new studio is great. And as always, the teachers are knowledgeable, caring, and fun. Try it out if you aren't a diehard fan already!
