Sierra Shanti Studio

Lauren was so kind and welcoming, her energy made me feel relaxed and even though I’ve been going through a super rough time she didn’t push me to say more than I needed. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a someone to help you heal and feel rejuvenated.

I have taken classes at various yoga studios in Bishop and I have definitely enjoyed the classes at Sierra Shanti the best. They offer an incredible variety of types and levels of classes and events that that go beyond simply yoga. Lauren, the owner and one of the instructors is so dedicated and encouraging. She has worked really hard to create a community space that welcomes all no matter what your level, skill or interest. I have been so impressed with how she has maintained this space throughout the difficult pandemic times. It clearly is reflective of her dedication to, love of and vision for, what she does! I can't recommend Sierra Shanti enough and really encourage you to check out her classes and upcoming events!

There are times in my life where I have experienced true bliss. Knowing Lauren and her passions and getting to hold space with her on different occasions, seeing her manifest her passions into her own studio, Sierra Shanti, and then subsequently being able hold space therein was one of those times.
