The Center SLO Yoga & Fitness Studio

I took an introductory class a few weeks ago. The Monday evening candlelight class with Victoria. I was immediately welcomed and reminded about the importance of community and connection while encouraged to meet the people around me. Then the class began, Victoria guided us with the most beautiful presence and practice. She offered wonderful instruction and modification throughout but what struck me most was her level of commitment and love for all in the room.. I will be back to the Monday night class and plan to attend weekly. Best yoga experience ever.

Visiting from out of town so I did the drop in class option. Best hatha class I’ve ever taken! Beautiful studio upstairs with wood floor and quality props. First class you’re given a complementary mat rental which was such a nice treat! Highly rec

I have been really enjoying my classes so far at The Center! There is a big variety in the instructors and style of classes which I appreciate. The aerial yoga has been a particularly fun experience! Everyone has been so nice and welcome. I’m glad to have found this studio!
