I am grateful for my experience as a student at Louisiana Theological Seminary. The seminary offers rigorous academics, but with a heart for ministry and the local church. At the age of 65, I began to feel the need to further my education, so I enrolled at Louisiana Baptist University. I received my Master's degree at the age of 70 and decided to pursue my Doctorate. I received my Doctorate at the age of 75, and I am most happy that I did. The teachers are knowledgeable in their subjects, and classes are engaging, informative, and encourage study in God's word. The greatest blessing has been the study of God's word, which has drawn me closer to Him, who is most precious, my Lord Jesus Christ. I not only support the school with my prayers and attendance, but I also support it financially.
