My first encounter was by phone. I was shocked to learn there were in-network dentists approved by my insurance plan and doubly shocked to be offered a next day appointment! What?! My drive to the facility was very pleasant with very little traffic. Parking was not an issue. The grounds were quite lovely and building spotless, designed with the customer in mind. The professional and clerical staff were warm, courteous and addressed all concerns with knowledge and patience. Being able to see my treatment plan with anticipated costs beforehand relieved all anxiety. Overall, my first encounter with Zachary Dental Associates was a most welcome experience. I would highly recommend this wonderful group of skilled professionals!

A very clean and people friendly environment. Always willing to take care of your needs. The team that worked with me today were all great! Shannon, Dr. Peters, and Shardae! They all were very kind and people friendly, taking care of my needs! Shardae was my assistant today, she is so people friendly, with such a pleasant attitude, so full of laughter, making you feel right at home! I will definitely recommend this Denist office. I don't want to leave out Dr. Chakar, he is also a very pleasant Doctor to deal with! He Courtney took very good care of me a few months ago! So yes I highly recommend!!! Thanks team!!

Molly is my hygienist. She is such a caring and pleasant person to the point that I enjoy seeing her and visiting with her just like an old friend. Also today, Shannon acted above and beyond in an extremely helpful way to assist me when I needed some assistance.

Really enjoyed my visit today with the Louisiana Dental team. Brittany, the hygienist is very thorough with the cleanings, explains the process to where I can understand.
