Every person I met at the clinic was nice. When I had a bit of an issue uploading my insurance documents the clerk at the desk offered to let me email them to her. She was very helpful. The wait time was average, and the Doctor who I saw was very knowledgeable and personable.

Today I took my daughter to Lowcountry Urgent Care on Lady's Island. The staff was very helpful, friendly and genuinely nice. This is my second time coming here and I can definitely say that I truly like this Urgent Care. Although I live 20 minutes away and there are other sites close to me. I'd rather travel a little to receive exceptional service.

I visited. The lowcountry urgent Care on Lady's Island today, October 15th 2025. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely cordial, and pleasant to work with. I seem to visit once a year when I come for the winter. Unfortunately I cannot remember every one names but they were nice.
