I've been coming here for over 3 years since PetCo stopped grooming because of Covid... sometimes the dog looks great, sometimes not so good. This last time, the hair around his face was all different in lengths, and we had to fix that at home. Also, we were upcharged with a de-shedding procedure that was an extra $25 and I was told it was a new policy that all long-haired dogs now needed this. So with tax, grooming came to $93.28! I didn't leave a tip, but here's one::: upcharges should be clearly stated online when a customer makes a reservation!!! Not after they are already there! Luckily, I hear that PetCo is back in the grooming business.
Didn't have a good time. Way expensive than going to somewhere like Paws 'n Claws. My friend also had a razor burn on their dog without being mentioned similar to how some of these people were. Please close your grooming and or get better groomers.
Absolute horrid job grooming my dog. Was my groomer even trained? I could have done a better job. What a waste of money. Will never return to PetSmart.
