Today I had an appointment with Jason at Bella Moda and i’m extremely happy with the results, he coloured my hair exactly how i wanted it and i’ll be his regular client from now on!!
Well, this sucks. I loved this salon and my hairdresser. We worked together towards a goal for years and it’s all been burned to the ground. Pics are inspo, day of cut and then the results: I reached out to the salon with 13 photos and an explanation. I was offered “to clean up the back”. My email stated: I do not have anymore hair to cut The manager offered a refund. I went out of my way an hour to collect the check. He kept the tip. What?! “I didn’t realize you wanted the tip” What? My hair has been butchered and you refund the service but assume the tip wasn’t included? No This is a HACK JOB. I spent a ton of money to grow my hair and ended up with this. Hell no.
