needed new weather stripping for the bottom of two of my garage doors I went to the parts dept today and the person there was very good and very polite. He not only provided me with the parts but asked me garage door sizes and some details so I would have everything. Great to see this kind of service still exists at some businesses

The spring broke on our overhead door one evening. We called in at 8:30 AM the next day and a tech was onsite within an hour! It was fixed quickly and they brought the correct parts with them. Cant say enough good things about Lux! Thanks for the great service! I would recommend these guys over and over!

Called Bonnie at the office and explained we had a door stuck half open at our detail shop. Help! Bonnie was on it right away, gave a 2 hour window to be on site and resolve and her technician Les was just awesome!
