Many of us are struggling to understand why a tenant who has caused repeated disruptions continues to remain in the building, while a highly capable and well-liked manager has recently left. Their departure has had a noticeable impact, and unfortunately, it feels like the community is now left dealing with the fallout. We’d appreciate some clarity on how these decisions are being made and whether there are any plans in place to address ongoing tenant issues and restore a sense of order and respect within the building. Thank you for your time and attention—I know this isn’t an easy job, but as residents, we just want to feel heard and supported.
