Customer experiences
We got mani + shellac + cat eye design done today. Annie and Nick went out of their way to explain the possibilities and helped us customize the design. We did a different shellac base colour and then on top the cat eye design to get a nice zooming effect. Thanks for your patience and efforts to achieve great results.
My partner booked us a couples pedicure today & it was lovely. Everyone at the nail bar was warm, welcoming & very professional. We loved their selection of bath bombs that we got to choose from & their nail colour selection was just right! We enjoyed our visit to the fullest. We’ll definitely be back.
I’ve only been here once and that’s for this Mother’s Day that just passed. My husband got a package for me as a gift. I was excited because I hadn’t been there yet and heard it’s nice. When I walked in I was impressed with how clean and cute the whole place was. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and even made me an iced coffee! My nail tech was also lovely, very sweet and friendly. However I think a few things are worth mentioning - this is just my experience! I was quite shocked that they didn’t have a massage chair - that’s literally the epitome of relaxation during a pedicure and I always look forward to that. The pedicure was pricey at $60 (luxe and not shellac) and honestly I’m not too sure why because the only thing different from the $35 pedicure I normally get from a salon nearby, was the bath bomb. The ad said there would be a prolonged foot massage but she did both my legs in 5min I would say. I hate to mention this but she also cut the skin off two of my fingers :( I understand one can happen, no problem. But two kinda sucks and I’m reminded of it every time my hands are in water (ouch). Ultimately the atmosphere is cute and aesthetically pleasing, everybody is lovely but the service is not any different from places I’ve normally been too, just ~30% more expensive. I got a solar gel refill (acrylic) and luxe pedicure and it came up to a whopping $130.
I went in for a last-minute manicure and pedicure before my trip, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. My toenails were cut way too short, and my manicure looks nothing like a professional manicure—it honestly looks like my fingers were tortured. This was my second visit, and both times I had the same disappointing experience. I do not recommend going here.
