A S1 star is not low enough and I will never have nails done here again. I’ve consistently had my nails done for 15 years, and I had a nail lift.. They were the only place open today. When I got it, it was friendly, but once the tech started, holy moley at the amount of over filing, this is possibly one of the most painful nail sets I have gotten… after filing, I asked for a specific color, it was a NOT a clear glitter in the book but very much so on the nails… I told the tech it was not okay, which he attempted to say it was the same, even when putting my nail against the sample, he continued to claim it was the same despite it very clearly not matching the sample nail… Furthermore, they didn’t even bother to clean up after the initial soak off, so I left with nails I hate and my old set still all over my fingers. As far as color, I ultimately had to get some Frankenstein version of what I wanted just so it wouldn’t be a clear glitter.

(and I’m kinda picky..) the pedicures are fabulous as well. Very relaxing. I got the $50 Aloe Vera & CBD pedicure. The massage was beyond 5 stars. They did not rush and I almost fell asleep! Thank y’all so much. This momma really needed it!
