Comfy Heating sent an engineer over to review my home heating and ensure it was done so before it ran out of warranty in spite of difficulties suffered their side which might have delayed the appointment if they hadn’t gone above and beyond to come to my home. Very polite an upfront with regards to time and cost. Very grateful for the work completed.

Our boiler had been making frequent gurgling noises even though it was serviced a month ago, so we called Bill. He was very professional, turned up exactly as promised, right on time, and clearly explained his charges beforehand. He diagnosed the issue efficiently and was easy to deal with. Would definitely use his service again and highly recommend him.
