Not your regular chiropractor — this place is next level! From start to finish, Minnesota Family Chiropractor offers one of the most complete and well-thought-out treatment experiences I’ve ever had. First visit: You get your X-rays and can choose whether or not to start treatment that same day — no pressure, totally up to you. Second visit: You’ll learn the warm-up exercises you’ll be doing each time you come in and get your first full treatment. Their process is incredibly thorough — warm-up, massage, adjustments (yes, the cracking! haha), and then a special machine I’d never seen before. I’ve never had a chiropractic session this complete, and it’s clear they really know what they’re doing. Third visit: You’ll learn more about the science behind their work in a short class, and then Dr. Kim meets with you privately to go over your X-rays in detail. She explains your personalized treatment plan, the recommended length of care, and provides clear pricing options with or without insurance — even offering payment plans to fit your budget. After that: Every visit is treatment time, and each session feels just as intentional and well-executed as the first. I highly recommend this practice. They are knowledgeable, they make sure you become knowledgeable about your own body, and they run the business with care and professionalism. I’ll be bringing all my friends and family here!
