I cannot recommend doing business with this company for any reason. I have been a customer with this agency for approx. 20 years and never had a claim. I contacted them about a bogus bill that they pulled out of thin air and was treated absolutely terrible by the agent I spoke with. I told them I would pay the bill to avoid collections and said I will never again give them my business. Her response was that's fine. I will be contacting the BBB as well. This is only the second time I have a review online in my life, but wanted to warn other potential customers to stay far, far away from this company.

This business has extremely shady practices. I just paid my bill in full online 3 days before the bill was due. You can only pay the exact amount, not a penny less or a penny more. 5 days later they canceled my insurance for non payment and sent a bill for 13.60. I tried to pay that online and it would not accept it because the actual amount now owed was 9.60. Again you can only pay the exact amount specified on the website. They upped my bill without warning and then canceled my house insurance within 5 days. If the amount owed on 11/27/24 was a different amount than stated at the time I paid it, the amount I paid would not have been accepted. Avoid if you can, absolutely nothing but problems. This is not the first time this has happened.

Insurance of last resort and they know it. Sketchiest company I have ever dealt with. Avoid if you can.
