I was struggling to assist my Mom with a reasonable Home owners policy after her current company increased her policy renewal policy by $1000 without any prior claims. I had contacted 3 other agencies with similar frustration. My Mom keeps her home in great condition and to my surprise getting low coverages and high rates were upsetting until I found Reardon Insurance Agency and worked with Melissa. She was fantastic with communication, asked many questions and found my mom great policies for both HO and Auto with Arbella at reasonable pricing. It is often hard to find top notch service these days with personal service but that is what I found with Reardon Insurance Agency! I have even sent over my own policies for review.

Although the increase in premiums prompted me to look around, another reason was poor customer service at my last place. Ted went above and beyond the call to help me through this important change in protecting our largest asset. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
