My wife signed up with this firm before we got married, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. They made it nearly impossible to clearly see gains and losses. Everything was hidden behind confusing statements and layers of complexity. When I finally transferred her accounts to a self-managed platform (where you can actually track performance), it became obvious: over the last 5 years she has barely made any money, even while the S&P 500 has been near all-time highs. Instead of putting her in low-cost index funds or sensible investments, they stuffed her portfolio with random, high-fee mutual funds that benefit the firm more than the client. I’m honestly ashamed I didn’t step in sooner to review this. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not have their clients’ best interests at heart.
