Most home warranty companies I've encountered do not respond promptly. This company responded within 30 mins of me placing a service request and even fit me in on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. This has to been my absolute best experience with a garage door technician. It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment and AVI arrived timely. During his initial review of my garage door problems, he pointed out some prior repair fixes that were not done properly. Also had some rollers that were worn out.
