Mac's took care of us and had us smiling the whole time. We were traveling through Salem and the AC went out. They did some diagnosis and then a few quick repairs and we were back on the road in about 90 minute. AC went from not working at all - to replaced relay where the air was blowing about 60*. Then they evacuated the system, put a new orifice tube in, added some oil and recharged the system. Now the air outlets are in the mid 40s. I grew up around many shops and have to say, they are a VERY CLEAN shop and some amazingly sharp and helpful staff! I just wish I lived closer. I would make them my 'GO TO' Air Conditioning repair shop. :)

Came here to get my heater core replaced on my truck after discovering a major issue while traveling. From out of state. Not only were they able to squeeze me in in a reasonable time, but their cost was extremely competitive and the service was amazing. Liz and her team went above and beyond to explain the repair, my options, and give me an ACCURATE repair estimate. The tech even rerouted the wire from my dashcam after he noticed that it had entangled an airbag. This wasn’t part of the service and they didn’t even charge me extra. You almost never see this level of service. As a single woman, I’m always nervous going into a new mechanic, but their entire team was so friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this shop.
