My experience with Mackey Mechanical Services was excellent. I had a problem my home A/C unit not cooling properly. I called them at 8:00 A.M. and had a technician at my house by 12:00 that same day. It was determined that my evaporator coil had a leak. 2 days later they returned with a new coil. Once again, the technicians arrived promptly and did a great job of installation. The two technicians were Daniel and Omar; They were both pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. After recharging the system, they completely checked the system to ensure there were no more leaks and did a great job of cleaning up. I think the price I paid was fair and would definitely recommend Mackey Mechanical.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous from the moment he arrived. Omar quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had the unit running perfectly in no time. Since I called to set up the appointment to the technician that came to my house, I was very pleased. The technician Heath Marquez was very polite, respectful and very professional. He took some measurements, picture and finally gave me a recommendation. He arrived to my house on the time frame that was given. I highly recommend Mackey to anyone with HVAC issues.
