I’ve used Mad Paws pet sitters for the overnight hosting of my dogs many times. The process is very easy and fast. I’ve even found sitters with only a couple of days notice!

Ultimately when I finally found the right sitter things were great. I had to follow the instructions a couple of times before I found a sitter I felt comfortable leaving my boy with. It was also a bit confusing on how to get the approval and confirmation done so payment could be made. Overall I think it is a great service and alternative to taking pets to a kennel.

Mad Paws is extremely disappointing. They display blatant double standards by removing or blocking sitter accounts that mention their own business, even when they are simply sharing information about the services they provide to other pets. On the other hand, they openly promote sitters who generate significant profits for the company and allow their profiles to remain active. This company is a complete joke and I strongly advise against using their services. Instead, I recommend utilizing other platforms such as PawShake or Petcloud, which provide much better customer service. I have personally witnessed sitters on Mad Paws openly admitting to diverting bookings away from the platform and their profiles are still active, solely because they bring in substantial revenue for Mad Paws. It's absurd. When confronted about these issues, Mad Paws conveniently ignores any inquiries. This behavior is highly questionable and likely goes against Australian business laws regarding the fair treatment of contractors.
