Central Grill and Coffee House is a great spot along Route 66 for a hearty breakfast. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the classic eggs, sausage, and hash browns hit the spot. Portions are generous and everything tasted fresh. The only downside is the long line to order and the longer wait for food to come out, so patience is required during busy hours. That said, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience worth it. Overall, a solid breakfast place with good food and a nice local vibe.

Meh. I think it's a little hype for the area. The pork chop was more of a medallion than an actual "chop", the eggs were made exactly how I wanted and tasted great, the taco shells were pre cooked/made and there wasn't an option for soft shells (fresh), the potatoes were dehydrated, and the salsa seemed from a jar (it was good like it was jarred Sadies), and the English muffin was rubber. The coffee was nice and is what really brought this rating up to 3 stars. I won't bother returning.

So good we forgot to take pictures before devouring. Great variety of sweet and savory options! We got the junior burrito with green and red chili and chorizo, blueberry pancakes, fried chicken steak and eggs and a sticky bun!

What a charming mom and pop restaurant! Old gas station turned into a yummy breakfast spot. Counter order with a vast curated menu! The chicken fried steak with gravy was the best I've had in a long time! I believe it's the owners who make the rounds making sure everything was delish, topping off water and beverages. The prices are very reasonable. Looks to be a local hot spot❤️
